An exceptional career dedicated to performance: Technical Director and Elite Coach at AS Roanne Natation for 6 seasons, national coach at the French-speaking Belgian Swimming Federation (FFBN), and member of the Paris 2024 Olympic Staff.

His philosophy? Believing in human performance and pushing limits. Florent brings a coaching approach centered on the individual and team spirit, guided by four core values: determination, hard work, resilience, and passion.
