Two of our artistic swimming coaches and the organizer of the Synchro Cup travelled to Antalya, Turkey this past weekend (13th to 15th October 2023) to follow lectures about the new artistic swimming rules of World Aquatics.
During the weekend they had the chance to participate in lectures of Ulla Lucenius, Maria Ramos and Ana Montero (members of technical artistic swimming committee of LEN) and learn more about the implementation of the new judging system according to the new rules 🎤. The Synchro-Team was very happy about the given opportunity to participate in the clinic and engaged in an intensive exchange with other participants and other countries. They, not only, used the occasion to meet familiar faces (such as representants of Belgium 🇧🇪 and Estonia 🇪🇪 who participated in the 30th edition of our Synchro Cup) but also established new contacts with representants of Austria 🇦🇹, Germany 🇩🇪, Switzerland 🇨🇭, Hungary 🇭🇺, Iceland 🇮🇸 and Spain 🇪🇸.
A huge thank you to the Federation for supporting the artistic swimming coaches, in order to represent, among other coaches, Luxembourg at the LEN Artistic Swimming Clinic 2023 🇱🇺!
It was an unforgettable and enriching experience that the team will use to further develop artistic swimming here in Luxembourg!
